1. Product Policy

Co.Protect is committed to customer satisfaction and product quality. All our products are 100% CE & FDA certified. If your masks are defective in any way, we will replace your pack with a new set at no additional cost. Due to safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns.

2. Shipping Policy

Co.Protect works closely with our carriers to ensure your order is delivered on time. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, and tracking is provided upon shipment. Delivery times vary between 2-5 business days of order being processed. Customers are notified upon delivery.

3. Returns Policy

Co.Protect is committed to customer satisfaction and safety. Due to safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns. If your masks have any manufacture defects, please contact customersuccess@co-protectglobal.com and provide your order number and a description of the issue. Pending review we will replace your pack with a new set at no additional cost.
